Documents Required for the 14 Day UAE Visa

Have all documents ready before starting your application. Incomplete or unclear submissions are returned for correction and the processing clock resets — most delays are caused by document issues at submission, not by processing backlogs.

Mandatory Documents

Passport bio page — clear, high-resolution colour scan showing all personal details and expiry date without obstruction. Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned UAE entry date with at least one blank page. If your passport was recently renewed, submit both old and new passport bio page scans.

Passport photograph — taken within the last 6 months. Colour, white background, face fully visible, no glasses, no head covering unless for religious reasons. The photo in your submission must match your current appearance.

Proof of accommodation — hotel booking confirmation with your full name, booking reference number, hotel name, and complete stay dates. If staying with a UAE resident, provide a copy of their Emirates ID. A hotel name without a confirmation number is not accepted.

Flight itinerary — confirmed travel dates showing entry into and exit from the UAE. We recommend booking a refundable ticket until your visa is approved. Do not book non-refundable flights before receiving your visa — application fees are non-refundable if rejected.

Recommended Supporting Documents

Bank statement — last 3 months, bank-stamped. Shows financial capacity for your stay. Recommended for first-time UAE visitors from any country.

Employment letter or proof of income — confirms ties to your home country and reason to return. Self-employed applicants can use a business registration document or accountant-certified income proof.

Travel insurance — not always required for the online application but may be checked on arrival at UAE immigration. Strongly recommended. Compare the best travel insurance options for Dubai to stay fully covered.

🚨 Accuracy Alert: Name spelling (including middle names), passport number, and date of birth must match exactly across all documents. Even minor mismatches can lead to UAE visa rejection. Always double-check before submitting.

14 Day UAE Visa Price — 2026

Two processing tracks are available. Both deliver the same single-entry 14-day UAE visa — the only difference is turnaround time. Choose based on when you need to travel.

Processing Track Fee (USD) Turnaround Best For
Standard Processing 134 USD 24–72 hours Planned travel with a confirmed timeline — most cost-effective
Urgent Processing 155 USD 4–24 hours Last-minute travel or urgent trips where time is critical

All fees include UAE government charges and our service fee covering document review, application submission, and status tracking. Fees are non-refundable once the application is accepted into processing. During UAE national holidays and peak travel seasons — Eid, UAE National Day, and summer school holiday months — add 12–24 hours to the estimated turnaround for both tracks.

💳 Payment Options: Credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, Alipay, and WeChat Pay accepted. Payment confirmation and reference number are generated instantly after payment.

How to Apply for Your 14 Day UAE Visa — Step by Step

The entire application takes under 10 minutes online. Nothing needs to be posted or stamped in your passport.

1. Visit UAE Visa Online Website and select your country of citizenship and country of current residence.

2. Choose '14 Day UAE Visa'. Select Standard (134 USD) or Urgent (155 USD) processing based on your travel timeline.

3. Complete the application form — name, passport number, and date of birth must match your passport exactly. Do not abbreviate or rearrange your name.

4. Upload your documents: passport bio page scan, photograph, accommodation proof, and flight itinerary. Colour files only, JPEG or PDF format, maximum 1 MB per file.

5. Review your application carefully before paying — you cannot edit it after payment without contacting support.

6. Pay using your preferred method. A payment confirmation and unique reference number arrive by email immediately.

7. Track your application at uaevisaonline.com/uae-visa-status using your reference number. Email updates are sent at each processing stage.

8. Once approved, download your visa from your application dashboard or find it attached to your approval email. Print a copy and carry it to the airport — UAE immigration may request it alongside your passport.

What Happens at UAE Immigration With Your E-Visa

Your 14-day UAE visa is issued electronically. There is no physical sticker placed in your passport. When you arrive at any UAE entry point — airport, land border, or sea port — the immigration officer scans your passport and your visa status appears in the system automatically. Present your printed visa copy if requested.

Your 14-day permitted stay begins from the date your passport is stamped on arrival — not from the visa issue date. If you enter the UAE on day 50 of your 58-day document validity, you still receive your full 14 days of permitted stay. Plan your return flight to depart on or before day 14 from your entry date.

Processing Times — What to Expect

Track Turnaround Notes
Standard 24–72 hours Processing begins when complete, correct documents are accepted — not from payment
Urgent 4–24 hours Depends on GDRFA/ICP system availability. Peak seasons may add 12–24 hours.

The fastest route to approval is submitting complete, accurate, and clear documents on the first attempt. Applications returned for correction restart the processing clock from zero. Submit 3–4 days before your travel date rather than the day before — this applies to both Standard and Urgent tracks.

Important Notes by Nationality

UK passport holders — eligible for visa-free UAE entry. No pre-approved visa is required for UK nationals.

US passport holders — eligible for visa-free UAE entry. No pre-approved visa is required for US nationals.

Indian nationals — must apply online in advance for a pre-approved visa through uaevisaonline.com. Exception: Indian nationals holding a valid US green card, UK residence permit, or EU residence permit are confirmed eligible for 14-day UAE visa on arrival (AED 100, extendable once for 14 days at AED 250). Indian nationals with Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, or Singapore residence permits should verify current eligibility at icp.gov.ae before travel — policy in this area was updated in February 2025 and restated in October 2025.

Pakistani nationals — must apply online in advance. Standard application applies.

All other nationalities — apply online through uaevisaonline.com. Eligibility and processing are confirmed at the time of application based on your passport and residence country.

Important: Visa-free and visa-on-arrival rules change. Always verify your nationality's current status at icp.gov.ae or gdrfad.gov.ae before travel. UAE Visa Online processes applications for all nationalities not eligible for visa-free or visa-on-arrival entry.

Can You Extend the 14 Day UAE Visa?

Yes — a one-time 14-day extension is available, giving a maximum total stay of 28 days. The extension must be applied for before your current visa expires. Apply at least 3–5 working days before expiry to allow processing time. Contact UAE Visa Online at contact@uaevisaonline.com or WhatsApp +971 588850205 to begin the extension process. A second extension beyond the initial one is not available on this visa type.

Overstay fine: AED 50 per day from the day after your visa expires. No grace period applies in 2026. All outstanding fines must be paid before you can exit the UAE or apply for any future UAE visa. Overstay records remain on your immigration file permanently.
